How To
1. Create your dangles first. Make 3 large coil dangles using the peach Artistic wire. Loop one end of a 4” wire and round wire into a loose spiral.
2. Use round nose pliers to bend a loop at the top of your spiral facing backwards creating a bail. The wire needs to thread through so the shape lays flat to the front of the design. Use flat side of chasing hammer and the steel bench block to work harden these shapes. Create three of these.
3. Thread the peach wire into the side drill on a quartz bead. Compress one end of the wire flush to the front of the bead, looping with your round nose pliers to secure. Press the other wire flush to the back of the bead and add a bail loop facing backwards so the pendant will sit to the front of the design when threaded with core wire. Create three of these.
4. Loop 1.5” segments of peach wire on one end to secure beads. Create 7 6mm marble, cz spacer, 8mm marble coiled dangles. Create 7 6mm carnelian, cz spacer, 8mm marble coiled dangles. Create 14 6mm carnelian dangles and 14 6mm marble dangles.
5. The necklace is a simple strung design with a repetitive pattern. Secure a 19” segment of Beadalon wire to an EZ-Crimp using the Mighty crimper. Thread the beads and dangles on as follows: 6mm carnelian, pink marble dangle, 6mm carnelian, carnelian/cz/marble dangle, 6mm carnelian, pink marble dangle, 6mm carnelian, 6mm pink marble, carnelian dangle, 6mm pink marble, pink marble/cz/pink marble dangle, 6mm pink marble, carnelian dangle, 6mm pink marble, wire spiral, 6mm carnelian, pink marble dangle, 6mm carnelian, carnelian/cz/marble dangle, 6mm carnelian, pink marble dangle, 6mm carnelian, 6mm pink marble, carnelian dangle, 6mm pink marble, pink marble/cz/pink marble dangle, 6mm pink marble, carnelian dangle, 6mm pink marble, quartz dangle. Continue this pattern alternating between spirals and quartz dangles until you reach the final 6mm pink marble.
6. Slide core wire into EZ-Crimp end and secure with Mighty crimper. Cut off any excess wire.
